2. 14-Day Hassle-Free Exchange & Store Credit
We offer a 14-day hassle-free exchange and store credit policy for most items .
Conditions:

Unopened & Unused: Items must be in brand new, unopened condition with all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork intact .

Timing: The 14-day period begins on the date of delivery .

Outcome: You will receive store credit or an exchange for the original purchase amount. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued .

Promotional Items: If your purchase included a promotional item, it must also be returned. Otherwise, its value will be deducted from your store credit .
3. Returns for Opened or Used Items
You may return opened items within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee .
Conditions:

Opened Items: Returns of opened items are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee .

Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and manuals .

5. Defective or Damaged Items
For items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective, we follow standard warranty procedures.

Shipping: If an item is confirmed to be defective or damaged during shipping, return shipping costs are generally covered by us .
