3. Product Information & Pricing
Product Descriptions
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, specifications, and images of all products (including CPUs, GPUs, motherboards, storage devices, and peripherals). However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
Pricing
All prices are listed in United States Dollar (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees unless otherwise stated.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price.
Compatibility
Computer hardware compatibility is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend verifying that all components (CPU, motherboard, RAM, power supply, etc.) are compatible before purchasing. Our team is available to assist with compatibility questions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility for all configurations.
4. Orders & Acceptance
Order Process
You place an order by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process.
You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Order Acceptance
Your order is considered accepted only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to:
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased per customer or per order
Cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Products listed as “Pre-Order” or “Backorder” are subject to availability and estimated delivery dates are approximate.
We will notify you of any significant delays or if the product becomes unavailable.
Your payment will be processed at the time of order, not at the time of shipment.
5. Pricing, Taxes & Fees
Total Price
The total price payable is the price of the products plus any applicable shipping, handling, and taxes.
Taxes
Sales tax or VAT may be applied based on your shipping address and applicable laws.
Customers located in jurisdictions requiring tax-exempt status must submit a valid exemption certificate prior to purchase (see our Tax Exemption Information page for details).
Customs & Import Duties

7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Policy
We ship to North America, with selected coverage in South America, Europe, and Asia.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
Delivery Delays
We strive to meet all delivery estimates but are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (including carrier delays, customs processing, or natural disasters).
If a delivery is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
8. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Return Policy
You may return products in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns are subject to restocking fees and conditions as outlined in that policy.
Warranty
All products sold by Server Evo come with the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
Specific warranty terms (duration, coverage, and procedure) vary by brand, Item condition (New/Refurbished) and product type.
We assist customers with warranty claims but do not provide direct warranties beyond those offered by manufacturers.
Software & License Keys
Software and license keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once the seal is broken or the key has been revealed.
Please verify system requirements and compatibility before purchasing software.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Server Evo , its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
The use or inability to use our products or services
Any errors or omissions in product descriptions
Loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits
